Our grand opening event of the 2019-2020 season; the Gala Dinner at Blue by Eric Ripert. 

We are extremely fortunate that the restaurant has agreed to re-open early after the summer break exclusively for the International Wine and Food Society.  As a result, we are also pleased to be able to open this invitation to guests of members.

The evening will commence with a welcome glass of Dom Perignon and will go from strength to strength as we enjoy a classic Eric Ripert tasting menu with wine pairings from the IWFS cellar.  We are also honoured to be the first to try some of Blue's new dishes for this season
