AGM and Luncheon - POSTPONED

A welcoming glass of champagne to start and, as is traditional at the AGM, an eclectic mix of red and white bin ends from our cellar for members to drink at the reception and through the AGM.

The menu is set out in the email below – please note if you have any dietary restrictions as part of your RVSP.  The wines to be served with the meal are to be confirmed.

Cod and Polenta, Beef Tartare Bruschetta, Vol au Vent with Mushrooms and Ricotta

Course 1

Octopus carpaccio Castelvetrano olives, cherry tomato, sweet and sour red onion, fried capers

Course 2

Homemade gnocchi with short rib ragout

Course 3

Duck breast lacquered with raspberry vinegar served with braised red cabbage

or

Branzino cooked at 62* in olive oil served with vegetable crudite and Matsushima Sauce
