IWFS Cayman Islands Branch 35th Anniversary Gala Dinner – Blue – 2 November 2022
This highly anticipated event will take place at Blue by Eric Ripert, at the Ritz Carlton, on 2 November 2022. Indisputably, Grand Cayman's premier restaurant, Blue by Eric Ripert is the Caribbean's only AAA Five Diamond restaurant and, as with previous IWFS events at Blue, this promises to be a spectacular evening.
We have chosen this date specifically because Chef Eric Ripert is due to be on Island. If everything works out the way we hope, then we may be lucky enough to meet him during dinner.
We will drink Dom Perignon 2008 pre-dinner.
