Hungry for an adventure and a little too far from the Aussie shores, members of The Wine & Food Society of Jacksonville donned their Outback clothes and met at Epping Forest Yacht Club for evening enjoying culinary delights inspired by the the great Land Down Under. Dinner Chairs Martha Jane Harris and Bruce Bullock worked with Chef Tim Turner and Food & Beverage Manager Matt Achorn to create a delicious evening full of fun, wonderful food and Australian wines. Cellarer Mark Kallaus added a 1997 Penfolds Grange from the WFS Jax cellar to top it all off.
