Two years ago The Wine & Food Society of Jacksonville spent a Saturday afternoon with Cam Bendetsen at Royal Palm Village Wine & Tapas learning about some of the intricasies of wine while enjoying unique wines paired with their delicious tapas. It was so well received and so much fun that we decided to take it to the next level with another class. This time Cam presented wines made from the same varietals, but from different parts of the world.
