From crabcakes and sweetbreads to sushi-grade tuna and spinach ravioli with jumbo shrimp, our mouths watered thruout the meal topped off with a pork chop Milanaise. The evening was finished with a cheese plate and followed with tiramisu. Howard Caplan worked with Chef Dwight Delude to create the meal and wines were chosen by Howard's wife, Jeanne Maron who owns a wine shop in St. Augustine.
