Gemma Fish + Oyster was created by the owners of Ember & Iron Restaurant in St. Johns County. Nestled in the heart of San Marco, the newly opened Gemma Fish + Oyster made our dining experience inviting and exciting with a perfect combination of flavors and ambience. Member Jeanne Maron planned this dinner along with owners Chef Mike and Brittany Cooney.
