We have enjoyed 2 outstanding stag events at Toscana Divino, and we will open this season by treating our guests to this magnificent venue.
Chef Julian Baker has crafted a four course Italian delight for our season’s inaugural dinner. He discovered his love for the Italian kitchen while working in Milan, Trentino Alto Adige and Tuscany. It was in Italy he discovered the key element of Italian cooking: quality and simplicity, which you will enjoy. Toscana Divino has had strong reviews from the Miami Herald and in the Italian and Tuscan press.
The menu is a progression which introduces a Marinated Sicilian Red Shrimp Tartar paired with a 2012 Cupani Falanghina. Your second course will be Duck Ravioli paired with two Italian red wines: 2000 Falesco Montiano IGT & 2004 Felsina Chianti Classico Riserva Rancia. Toscano’s signature Roasted Rib Eye will be paired with two outstanding California reds: 2005 Pahlmeyer Proprietary Red & 2005 Beringer Private Reserve Cabernet. You will chose your fourth course: Italian Cheese Selection or a chocolate delight; both paired with 1995 Smith Woodhouse Vintage Port.
