Note to participants:  Invitations are mailed to members, those on the membership wait list, and guests, one month prior to the events.  These will include the time, location, appropriate dress and theme of the event and the deadline for reservations.  Since venues have varying space limitations, an expedient reply is advised.  In order to enable our members to have access to events, Guests will be placed on a waiting list, in order of receipt of check, until two weeks after the mailing of the invitation, giving members first chance to make reservations. Further, an e-mail reminder will be sent as the deadline approaches.  For questions and concerns, the Membership Chair, Suzan Claytor or Secretary, Dara Schutte' can advise.
