A Night of American Indulgence

A Night of American Indulgence: Come enjoy a casual evening that will highlight American Comfort Food that is paired with world-class wines from California. 

After quaffing, we'll enjoy a course with three indulgent appetizers that will pair perfectly with sparkling wine.  We'll highlight a side-by-side pairing of Blanc de Blanc and Brut Rose from two of Napa Valley's most recognizable brands, Schramsberg and Domaine Carneros.

The second course will highlight two American classics - a Hamburger Slider served next to a Short Rib Melt. This sandwich course will be paired with two Proprietary Red Blends from California. The Jonata, from the Central Coast, is a Syrah based blend, and the Blackbird from Napa Valley is a Right Bank (Merlot) blend.

The third course is a Flat Iron Steak that that is a classic pairing with Cabernet Sauvignon.  We're excited to serve it with two world-class Cabernets from Napa Valley: Dominus Napanook Vineyard and Ramey Cabernet.

We'll end the night with a final American indulgence - a warm chocolate brownie served a la mode with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. With a shift from our usual dessert wine pairing, this course will be served with a shooter of Bailey's Irish Cream.

The event is capped at 50 people and guests are encouraged, so be sure to register early.  We hope to see you there!
