To start to the Holiday Season, Au Courant has produced a seven course event with wine pairings exclusively for the IWFS Council Bluffs Branch members. Chef Anthony "Chovy" Caniglia and Sous Chef Andy "Barnie" Barnard are excited to have our members for an evening of fabulous food and wine. A variety of fabulous menu items were selected and paired with a number of wine options for your tasting in the hope that you will find a wine or two or food choice that you may never have tried before. We will have a couple of surprises during the evening. Au Courant is excited to share their passion for wine and food. We look forward to seeing you on December 5, 2021.
