At this event, we are going to showcase the CB branch wine cellar - every wine except the Chardonnay were sourced from the club's cellar, and were chosen because they are in the peak drinking window. We also specifically curated the menu to pair with the wines, so this should be an outstanding dinner.
We'll start with a semi-blind tasting of 4 wines - you'll know the four varietals, but need to identify which one is in each glass. The tasting will be followed by a 6-course dinner prepared by Chef Tim Maides.
