February is not just about Valentines Day but also brings us Mardi Gras. Please join us at Block 16 for a New Orleans inspired menu creatively developed by Jessica & Paul Urban, a 2023 James Beard Restaurant & Chef Semifinalist!
Our meal will consist of traditional New Orleans favorites, including oysters, jambalaya, muffalettas, fried alligator, blackened redfish, and even some Cafe du Monde coffee-rubbed duck breast. Of course we'll be finishing with a Mardi Gras King Cake complete with the hidden baby to find.
New Orleans food is equally fun in that there are not traditional wine pairings, so we're going to taste eight different varietals/regions of wine, including some fun side by side wines, to compare what we truly like best with and without the food.
Due to the physical space at Block 16, we are limited to 34 people so this event will not be open for guests unless we still have spots open closer to the event. Please sign up quickly for this fun-filled event and plan to wear your Mardi Gras beads from past trips.
