Join us at the always-popular Flemings Steakhouse to scale new heights with a special side by side Napa mountain wine comparison! After quaffing, we will begin by tasting four Robert Craig wines from four different Napa Valley mountains—Mount Veeder, Howell Mountain, Diamond Mountain and Spring Mountain. You will learn about the differences in the terroir of each and how each impacts the character of the wine. |

Chef Rafael Ponce’s menu once again features classic and creative dishes. We will start with a seasonal pickled nectarine and smoky corn salad paired with a Peter Michael Sauvignon Blanc. A New York Strip with Diablo Shrimp will follow, with a side of Chef Ponce’s famous street corn and broccolini. The steak will pair with a 2016 Miner ‘Oracle’. Finally, we will finish with Flemings’ house-made carrot cake paired with a Pedro Ximenez Sherry.
