Please join the Omaha Metro Branch of the IWFS in the Old Market’s newest Italian restaurant, the aptly named Cibo Vino. The event will feature outstanding wines from various regions in Italy, from Trentino and Piedmont to Sicily and Tuscany. Dwight Becker, the wine professional affiliated with the restaurant, will describe the wines that will be paired with each course. You will enjoy three delicious Italian-themed courses prepared by longtime Omaha executive chef, Don Doty.
