We will be holding our last dinner of the season, “Cinco de Mayo" on Sunday, May 5th at 2:30 pm. Our host, and member of Old Marsh Golf Club, Brian Smith, along with our Board have devoted much time and effort into a memorable celebration.
The day will be comprised of a tequila tasting, a dip bar with guacamole, quesadillas and queso including green onion and jalapeños, cowboy caviar salsa and shishito peppers. Dinner and drinks will follow -- the first course will be charred cream corn, cilantro, lime and roasted poblano grilled chicken, the second is snapper Vera Cruz, the third is chimichurri prime steak with yellow rice, black beans and plantains, and the desert will be Mexican coffee short cake with ice cream.
