For our “Duck Duck Goose” dinner on Wednesday, March 15th, we return to Bistro Provence for another outstanding night with Chef Yannick Camm. Yannick is an internationally acclaimed native of Concarneau, France. He has helped reinterpret classical French cooking in America since his arrival nearly 30 years ago. With rave reviews over the years from magazines across the country and internationally, Chef Cam continues to demonstrate his unique culinary vision. This meal will also be a wine education evening for which Ed Sands has carefully selected “wines other than french” . Ben Gilberti from Calvert Woodley will discuss this concept.
Location: Bistro Provence is located on Fairmont Avenue in the heart of “old” Bethesda. Parking at garage next to restaurant - ( they will stay open until 10 pm to accomadate us) there are also numerous parking garages within a few blocks of the restaurant. The dinner will be held in a private room on the second floor. There is an elevator to the second floor. Depending on the weather, passed Hors D’oevres will be shared in the courtyard. Space is limited to 50 for this event, so reserve early. Member price is $145, guest price is $170 .
