On July 27th, IWFS Beijing City held their Presidents' Dinner.  A great suggestion was made to replicate the dinner menu that President Obama created for President Xi Jiping in California during their recent meeting in California on June 7.  Chef Brian at Maison Boulud kindly agreed to re-create this menu with his own colors. Given this context, the preferred wines were Californian, both white and red.
