IWFS Beijing City Branch held a dinner event on September 14 at Maison Boulud in Beijing, owned by Daniel Boulud.  Daniel Boulud operates the three Michelin star restaurant called Daniel in New York City.  He visited Beijing to last week to spend some time cooking in the kitchen at Maison Boulud.  Clearly a treat for everyone.
