Join us for a relaxed evening discovering Wagyu beef.

The evening will include talks on the production, styles and various cuts of Wagyu beef and how to prepare this amazing meat, including a meat cutting demonstration. The evening will include 3 courses with matching wines.

This promises to be a fun evening of information, gastronomic delight and superb wines fitting for our first event of 2013. Diarise and book early so as not to miss this function.
