High Altitude Vines and Wines
A tour of some of Australia’s highest-altitude vineyards, accompanied by meals at some of country New South Wales’ finest restaurants
250km northwest of Sydney, Orange is one of Australia’s gourmet hotpots, home to top restaurants, serving delicious regional produce, and some of the most exciting cool-climate wines being made today. From our base at the Byng Street Boutique Hotel, join us as we explore the local vineyards, with visits to producers including Bloodwood, Swinging Bridge, Brangayne, De Salis, Byrne Farm Wines and Canoblas Wines.
In the evenings, we will enjoy dinners at Union Bank Restaurant, Fiorini’s Osteria, and capped off on the final evening at Orange’s crown-jewel, the hatted restaurant at Printhe Wines.
This promises to be an unforgettable experience tasting through some of the finest food and wine that New South Wales has to offer
