Dear Fellow Members,
Our function on July 8 will be a wine-paired dinner by our long-time fellow member, Chef Gene Gonzalez. Chef Gene has come up with an eclectic menu, with some of the dishes featuring the produce he has been growing himself at Cafe Ysabel since the lockdown started. The dishes will be paired with wines from our cellar. As of this time, in compliance with health guidelines, we are limiting this dinner to 10 pax. We have not yet made a determination as to whether this will be indoors or outdoors, but we will make an effort to have a spacious indoor area available for a more comfortable experience.
The menu is as follows:
Tapas
Clams in absinthe butter
Nangka seed hummus
Housemade boar chorizo sauteed in black strap cane vinegar and  with watermelon pickles
Kim baps of salted mango and smoked fish
Fried milk with foie gras with seasoned salt
Hot Thai gazpacho with fish sauce marinated fresh shrimp shot

Deadline: Reservations and cancellations should be in by 5 PM, Thursday, June 24. If we do not get at least 8 reservations by then, this dinner will be cancelled.

Please make your payments by depositing directly to the Society's account at BPI Bel-Air Polaris Branch C/A 3075-8213-35. Please provide proof of payment by email to Alda with your name clearly written. Do not hand any payments to the individuals named above to avoid the inadvertent mixing of personal and Society funds.  We regret that at this time, Alda is unable to accept checks as she is not in Manila regularly.
