Dear Fellow Members,

Our March function will be a dinner at Chef Jessie's in Rockwell organized by Othmar. To pair with dinner, we will be using French wines from various regions, plus a Port for dessert. All the wines will be coming from our cellar. The menu is as follows:

Cocktails

Beef Carpaccio with Cheese Flakes and Micro Greens

Mustard Dressing

Clear Essence of Wild Game with Herbed Dumplings

Mixed Berries Sorbet

Grilled Lamb Chops in Chimichurri Sauce

Grilled Mediterranean Vegetables and Lemon Couscous

Dark Chocolate and Mint Parfait

Coffee or Tea

The details for this function are as follows:

What: French wines paired with dinner for fully vaccinated members
When: 6:30 PM, Thursday, March 31, 2022
Where: Chef Jessie, Rockwell Club, Ground Floor, Amorsolo Square, Amorsolo Drive, Rockwell, Makati City
Assessment: P 5400.00 for members, P 5600.00 for guests
Attire: Smart Casual

Deadline: Reservations and cancellations should be in by 12 Noon, Tuesday, March 29. If we do not get at least 10 reservations by then, this dinner will be cancelled.

Reservations: Please make your reservations with Alda Navarro at internationalwine.foodsociety@gmail.com. Only 12 pax maximum.

Payment: Please make your cheques payable to any of the 3 named individuals below:

Please make your payments by depositing directly to the Society's account at BPI Bel-Air Polaris Branch C/A 3075-8213-35. Please provide proof of payment by email to Alda at internationalwine.foodsociety@gmail.com with your name clearly written. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO ALSO SEND AN IMAGE OF YOUR VACCINATION CARD. Do not hand any payments to the individuals named above to avoid the inadvertent mixing of personal and Society funds.  We regret that at this time, Alda is unable to accept checks as she is not in Manila regularly.
