Our August function, organized by Johnny Revilla, will be a wine-paired dinner at Josh Boutwood's Helm at Arya Residences in BGC. From the restaurant's website:
Helm, an intimate, 10-seat restaurant is an expression of Josh’s life experiences and culinary training. His ever-evolving menu melds together his love of ingredients and his global perspectives of gastronomy .Designed with a minimalist eye in palettes of black, white, and grey. Helm’s dining experience centers Josh’s multi-course tasting menu and the one-on- one interaction between the kitchen and the guest.
At Helm, dining becomes theater, an interactive form of culinary performance art.

Due to the size of the venue, this dinner is strictly limited to 10 pax. Please also note that aside from the usual requirement for all attendees to be vaccinated, a negative antigen test made no earlier than the day before the dinner will be required for attendance. This is due to the recent upsurge in covid cases and for the safety and peace of mind of all attendees.

When: 6:30 PM, Thursday, August 25
Where: Helm, G/F The Plaza, Arya Residences, Mckinley Parkway, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines
Assessment: P 6700.00 for members, P 7200.00 for guests
Attire: Smart Casual
Deadline: Reservations and cancellations should be in by 12 Noon, Monday, August 22, 2022. Reservations made and not cancelled by the deadline must be paid.

internationalwine.foodsociety@gmail.com. Please note that there is a strict maximum of 10 pax for this function due to the size of the venue. The minimum number needed for this function to push through is 8 pax. If we do not get the 8 pax by the August 22 deadline, this function will be cancelled and a notice of cancellation will be sent out.
Covid-19 Precautions: Please send Alda a copy of your negative antigen test taken no earlier than a day before the function. If you take the antigen test just before coming to Helm, please bring a copy or picture of the negative test result for everyone's peace of mind.

Do not hand any payments to the individuals named above to avoid the inadvertent mixing of personal and Society funds. We regret that at this time, Alda is unable to accept checks as she is not in Manila regularly. We encourage everyone to please make your payments before the function to avoid any misunderstandings.
