To celebrate the upcoming Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival, we will have a sumptuous BYOB Chinese lunch at Xiu in Greenhills organized by Eddie Yap. The menu is as follows:
1. Peking duck (chinese pancake wrap)
2. Pumpkin seafood thick soup
3. Steamed elephant clams with garlic & vermicelli
4. Deep fried pork spareribs with salt & pepper
5. Wok fry scallops with truffle
6. Prawns with salty eggs
7. Stewed US beef shortribs
8. Steamed Lapu2 traditional style
9. Dessert:
Chilled mango with coconut & pomelo bits
We will also have the traditional dice games with mooncake prizes after the lunch.

Assessment: P 3500.00 for members 3900.00 for guests
Attire: Smart Casual
Deadline: Deadline for reservations and cancellations is 12 Noon Tuesday, September 19. Any reservations made and not cancelled by this time must be paid whether you are attending or not.
