The Shanghai Branch met for an unforgettable cook up in October including hairy crabs (being hairy crab season), Iberian pork neck, Wagyu beef and a host of delicacies. There were some great wine and food pairings – particularly the Burgundy with the crab and Bordeaux with the Wagyu. A lucky branch to have some of Shanghai’s best chefs as members!
