IWFS SHANGHAI (CHINA)

Inaugurated on January 19th 2011, IWFS Shanghai is one of the newer branches in the Asia-Pacific Zone.  The inaugural dinner was held at '12 Chairs' restaurant in Shanghai where Chef David Laris prepared a sumptuous feast to celebrate the occasion.

The Branch includes some of the top chefs and wine professionals in Shanghai, with a significant passion for fine food and wine.  It is a relatively youthful branch with great enthusiasm for the fine wines of Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rhone, Spain and Germany.

Members of the Shanghai Branch meet once a quarter to share their wine and food passion at local events.  They also have the opportunity to attend festivals hosted by the Asia Pacific Zone, as well as International events hosted by other zones of IWFS.
