Led by our Cellar Master, members were given a tutored tasting of Australian Shiraz wines from the Wild Duck Creek Estate. Members tasted the Springflat 2002 and 2003 vintages and the Reserve Shiraz 2005 and 2006. At the end of the tasting, members tasted a French Shiraz to allow a comparison between the 2 styles of wine : Australian and French.
Dinner was held at Infuzi restaurant. The cuisine of Chef Freddie matched perfectly and made the evening a memorable one.
