The Tanglin branch hosted our friends to lunch at Chef Wilin Low’s Wild Rocket to experience modern Singapore cuisine. We enjoyed a refreshing pomelo salad with frozen coconut dressing, a combination platter of laksa pesto linguini and giam hee spaghettini aglio olio and a lovely pandan panna cotta with salted gula melaka. The food was paired with Champagne Tattinger NV, JJ Prum’s Riesling Kabinett 2008 and Sandrone’s Barbera d’Alba 2007, all in magnums.
This was followed by a joint wine dinner at Les Amis. The wines featured were :
