Prior to the formal opening of the Taichung Branch, a fabulous pre-opening dinner was held at Wein Restaurant, a modern Shanghainese eatery. Attended by APZ Chairman Yvonne Wallis and visiting members of the Taipei Branch, Eddie Hu and James Lin, we enjoyed a sumptuous eight course menu including some of the best Peking Duck ever tasted. Kudos to the Taichung Branch for hosting such an exciting event.
