This event will start with an explanation on the fundamentals of wine tasting coupled with tasting various varietals.  The tasting will be led by IWFS Tokyo Bay's Cellar Master, Hideyuki Kaizuka.

After the tasting, dinner will consist of wines paired with A5 rank Japanese wagyu beef.
