Dear Members,

You are invited to an exciting dinner at ‘The Seasonal Kitchen’, the new casual eatery in Prahran, owned by longstanding IWFS Victoria member Beverley Sutherland Smith. Those who know Beverley will be aware that she is the author of 27 cookbooks and a fabulous cook with a significant history in teaching the art of cookery both in Australia and in France.

Last year we had the privilege of being the first group to be admitted for dinner at ‘The Seasonal Kitchen’ well before the venue opened to the public. Those members who arrived early will remember the builders walking out as they were walking in. Given the success of the night we felt it was important to return to ‘The Seasonal Kitchen’ to let Beverley delight us again, this time with a working stove and oven! 

Beverley is excited to once again host the members of IWFS Victoria.  Ray Foley and I as function organisers have selected some exciting wines to pair with dishes drawn from Beverley’s vast repertoire of seasonal dishes.

Prior to dinner we will be holding our 2015 AGM.  For those interested in attending the Society’s AGM, you are invited to arrive early, at 6:30pm.  Otherwise, see you at 7:15 for a 7:30 sit down.

Please reply by email to Yvonne as soon as possible if you wish to attend.  Members and guests welcome to join the dinner, Members only for the AGM.
