A very exciting invitation for IWFS Victoria's next event – Sunday lunch on May 17 at Andrew McConnell’s ‘Supernormal’ restaurant (Flinders Lane, City).

Supernormal won the Age Good Food Guide award for Best New Restaurant 2015.

McConnell himself won the Age Good Food Guide award for Chef of the Year 2015 (now for the third time).

Wines include examples from the Decanter 2015 Wine Man of the Year – Alvaro Palacios.  They also include wines from Vouvray’s top winemaker, and a pair from the AFR Top 20 Wines of the Year worldwide.  It will be a fabulous lunch!

IWFS Victoria's Annual Get-Away Weekend will this year take place in the historic City of Ballarat and the Grampians wine region. Steeped in history from the gold-rush era, Ballarat is a major cultural centre with award winning restaurants, gastronomic treasures, hints of the past, magnificent buildings and proximity to many of Victoria’s top wine regions.
