The IWFS of Western Australia was formed in 2011 with Mr Ulrich Kunzmann as our founding President. It became part of the oldest gastronomic society in the world and an International network of branches made up of people who are keen to enjoy good food and wine.

With over 95 members in WA and over 6000 members spread across 30 countries of the world, one can appreciate the value of such a society.

In WA we have a Management committee that plans many events over the year predominantly fine dining. We are committed to our Objects to raise the standards of culinary skills and to do this by also sponsoring and supporting young chefs and vintners.

I am sure you would enjoy many aspects of our wonderful Society and I invite you to attend up to two functions to see if you would value a membership.
