The next event for IWFS Western Australia will take place on Tuesday, June 25 and this time we are heading to North Fremantle to the newly opened venue “Bib & Tucker”. Owned by Olympians Eamon Sullivan and Steve Hooker, it is nestled in the sand dunes of Leighton Beach and proclaims to serve” good and honest food” in an atmosphere of “elegant rascality”. Apparently, they did have some teething problems during their opening, but Vince, who kindly is arranging this function for us, confirms that these are now far behind them, and Chef Scott Bridger and his team are now very keen to stage a very impressive evening for us. Amongst others, the menu lists Cold Smoked Tuna Tartar, Quail and Oyster Mushroom Ravioli, Rotisserie Pork Belly, Manjimup Marron, and many more.
