Viva la Sicilia

What a great evening it was at our event at the “Galileo’s Buona Cucina” Restaurant. Chef Vince Soresi and his team prepared a delicious presentation of Sicilian dishes and delicacies, served by a group of very professional and enthusiastic waiters; this alone was a joy to watch. Needless to say, Mike Tamburri introduced us to a selection of carefully chosen wines complementing each of the courses.

As an added bonus, we were entertained by a young man who regaled us with his brilliant renditions of popular Italian Opera Arias, accompanied by a very versatile piano accordionist.
