Dining on the Swan

IWFS Western Australia had their first dinner of the year visiting one of the stalwarts of Perth’s Restaurant industry, the well reputed Umberto Tinelli proprietor of the delightful Jojo’s and Acqua Viva on the banks of the Swan River.

Umberto selected some of his favourite dishes which were complemented by magnificent wines from his own and La Vigna’s cellars.

New “young category” members were officially welcomed during the dinner.
