Royal Thai Cuisine

IWFS WA will be treated their guests to an opportunity to sample the “Royal Thai Cuisine” at their August function.

Some highlights from founding president, Ulrich Kunzmann.

"ROYAL THAI CUISINE

On August 24, 2015, three dozen members and guests gathered at the well-known "Itsara"-Restaurant in Nedlands to sample the "Royal Thai Cuisine", for which this Restaurant is very well known.

While normal Thai food is delicious as it is, this experience is yet another notch higher and features some very complex and intriguing taste combinations and sensations.

Owner/Chef Itsara originally has a degree in micro-biology, but then changed direction and started to work for several years with famous chef/author David Thompson. This successful "apprenticeship" convinced him, some 6 years ago, to open his own Restaurant "ITSARA" which, in the meantime, has become a multi-award winning, extremely busy culinary heaven. Restaurant Manager/Owner Cresswell Doherty is responsible for a flawless front-of-the-house operation.

Needless to say, that members and guests alike were treated to a very special and memorable experience."
