What do the sommeliers look for when judging the long term prospects of a wine?
Members are offered the opportunity to learn about a specific grape variety and through tasting, what to look for in a wine to cellar – or not.
Ann Marie Muscara has a wealth of knowledge and experience in both making, judging and selling wines. AM will take you through a series of wines that will build your knowledge and understanding of the complexities of a wine and its prospects.
We are looking to run several sessions of 90 minutes which will include the vertical tasting of five(5) wines. Food, wine, glasses and expertise will be provided for each session.
