ANZAC House was opened in late 2020 and has become an important landmark on the Terrace. The culinary team is led by Executive Chef Jerome Durham who has 36 years of experience in high-level catering for restaurants and corporate hospitality including heading the Ord Valley Muster for two years and the Gourmet Beach BBQ at the Gourmet Escape from 2014-2016.
Members and guests were invited to celebrate an excellent year of wining and dining with IWFSWA.
Enjoy pre dinner drinks and canapes overlooking the spectacular sights of the Swan River and the city at sunset at the recently opened ANZAC House.
They were treated to an amazing 4 course bespoke menu celebrating Australian food and beverage, saluting the quintessential Australian in ANZACs.
