6. Other Business

• Ulrich Kunzmann suggested that given the funds from the Charity Brunch were not continuing and therefore the Youth Fund is depleted, that the committee consider adding a small additional amount to each event or run a separate event to put into the Youth Fund so this can continue to be used to support the up-and-coming personnel in the food and wine industry.

Chair agreed and noted that committee had discussed this in response to the Treasurer’s information regarding this fund.  This will be pursued further.
