Madeira Booking Information
To make a booking for the Madeira Festival, email eaz@iwfs.org with the name and branch of each participant. If space is available, an email will be sent to you with details of how your payment should be made. The quoted price of 1365 euros per person (1500 euros for non-members) is for payment in euros by bank transfer. On line payment by credit card in GB Pounds Sterling is also possible: the price is currently GBP 1300 for members and GBP 1430 for guests.
Payment in GB Sterling by cheque or bank transfer can be arranged for UK residents, but the price will be the same as for credit cards in view of the current volatility of exchange rates. Please let us know when you make your booking if you would prefer this option.
Cancellation
Registrants have a cooling-off period of 14 days from the date of their booking during which they can cancel their reservation and receive a full refund. After that, no refunds will be given. Cancellations must be made in writing to eaz@iwfs.org.
Cancellation and Medical Insurance
All those who register for this tour are strongly advised to take out travel insurance which covers cancellation (to apply from the date of the end of the cooling-off period) as well as medical insurance, particularly as EU health cover through the EHIC card may change post-Brexit. Please contact the hotel of your choice to make a booking as soon as possible, but not before your place is confirmed.
The Savoy Group has agreed to hold the rates below for 2021. They include breakfast, but require a substantial deposit and are non-refundable. If you wish to take advantage of these rates please email eaz@iwfs,org as we have some vouchers that will enable you to book them at a discount.

The Royal Savoy also has refundable rates These vary from time to time but are usually considerably higher than the IWFS rates for the same category of room. However, they do have a few ground floor garden rooms which are less expensive. You will need to contact the hotel directly for the latest prices.
