Visit to West Wales

Each year we arrange a visit to a destination outside our branch area to experience the gastronomic delights of somewhere different and especially to enjoy their local produce.  This year we have selected Newport  Pembrokeshire  - a well known coastal village with a reputation for local seafood and Welsh lamb.  Our venue is Llys Meddyg ,  a restaurant with  rooms  which has gained excellent reviews outside the county over several years .   A  special 'tasting' menu with accompanying wines is being prepared by their chef .   All our guests will have accommodation of a superior 4* standard - doubles and single rooms available.   We will meet  at the restaurant around 18.00 on 18th October for a pre dinner reception  , enjoy the dinner  with wines and depart at leisure after breakfast on 19th.    The inclusive cost will be £150 per member  (Guests £160).  Early reservation is recommended and we have a cancellation policy of 100% refund  by 10th October.    Please contact  peter.mcgahey@btinternet.com  or call 01446 760260 to request a reservation form or for any enquiries.
