Our members and several guests met for lunch at the home of Margaret & Jim Muir which is set in a small village overlooking the valley and plains of the southern part of Monmouthshire : a beautiful and peaceful environment in which to enjoy the extensive selection of foods and wines based on the recipes of Elizabeth David in this 60th year following the publication of her famous cookery book.
