Swedish Pea Soup Evening

Think of Swedish traditions- no, not herring, not reindeer, not ABBA, but the real Swedish winter Thursday evening tradition of Pea Soup! Two of our Swedish members of the Zürich IW&FS are hosting this traditional evening for us. To include champagne, smoked salmon and roe amuse-bouche, pea soup, Swedish mustard and crispbread, vasterbotten and butter, pancake dessert. Let's not forget the warm arrak!
