Paris & Bordeaux Wine Festival
The Paris/Bordeaux Triennial International Festival has been upgraded and is scheduled for nine days, May 5-13, 2022. Attendees will spend three glorious days in the boldly romantic city of Paris and six remarkable days in Bordeaux France. While in Paris, we will sojourn at the five star Mandarin Oriental Hotel and experience cultural, as well as, gastronomic tours of the city. We’ll enjoy a gala dinner at Le Laurent, and partake in an extraordinary repast at the Pavillon Ledoyen, Guy Savoy or Le Pre Catelan. Each of these establishments is rated as a three star Michelin restaurant and promises an ultimate epicurean experience. We’ll leisurely sightsee and have lunch while cruising on the River Seine. Discover a fresh perspective of contemporary art and visionary architecture on a private tour of La Fondation Louis Vuitton. After departing from the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, we will transfer to the TGV, high-speed rail service, which will comfortably transport us to Bordeaux, the wine capital of France.
Upon arriving in Bordeaux, we will reside at the InterContinental Bordeaux-Le Grand Hotel and commence an intensive six day tour of the wine region. Sylvie Cazes, a key figure in the French wine scene and President La Cité du Vin of will greet us for our opening reception to be held in the Belvédère, a glass-walled tasting room which offers a 360˚ panoramic view of the city. Our schedule includes private visits and tastings at ten leading estates including: Chateau Haut-Brion, Chateau Mouton-Rothschild, Chateau Lafite-Rothschild, Chateau Cheval Blanc and Chateau d’Yquem. A black tie grandiose dinner at the hotel will culminate our nine day Paris/ Bordeaux Triennial International Festival.
