Joseph Drouhin “Clos des Mouches” 1er cru, Beaune, Burgundy

With the entree we will drink the 2015 red (100% pinot noir) and the 2017 white (100%  chardonnay) Close des Mouches, both medium weight wines which will age well but can be enjoyed now.

Klein Constantia Vin de Constance 2017

And for dessert, this muscat based wine from the western Cape is one of the world’s truly great dessert wines. Rich, dense and multi-layered with balancing acidity to give it freshness.
