Jacksonville paid homage to the 1970s recently - a time when all the foxy ladies and super fly guys put their combs in the back picket of their bell bottoms, played the Eagles, Led Zeppelin and Donna Summer eight tracks and ate fondue. Members and guest dressed in 1970s attire, some as super-fly, disco freaks, one of Charlie's Angels or other hot 70s styles. Tables were titled Soul Train, Good Times, Watergate, Studio 54 and Fantasy Island with the menus giving information about the show or event on the back. There was a 70s quiz and attendees voted on the Grooviest Guy and Foxiest Lady. Oh, did I mention the fog machine and 70's music?
