Chef owner Drew Bryant with his wife Courtney welcomed the Memphis Wine and Food Society to their quaint Blue Honey Bistro for the April dinner. Dinner Chairman , Arthur Buring was able to add the new venue for the society to enjoy and fully expect a return visit at some point given how tremendous the response. Chef Drew perfectly executed portion control which is necessary in a multi course wine dinner. The sliced prime beef tenderloin paired with the 2007 Cros de la Mure was a stunning dining experience. Arthur , Drew and Courtney presented an exceptional evening for the large member response resulting in a full house . All agreed this small bistro punches much above its weight.
