Le Provencal Restaurant has been thriving in Coral Gables since 1988. Le Provencal is committed to serving the finest southern French cuisine made with the freshest and best quality ingredients. Home-made dishes, traditional southern French décor and professional servers create a memorable dining experience.

Chef Terrou and president and manager Ms. France Guillou opened the doors of Le Provencal Restaurant at its new location in July of 2009. Chef Terrou began his culinary career after graduating from the Souillac Culinary School. Before arriving in Miami in 1998, he worked in world class restaurants around the world. Including Cannes, Le Grand Hotel in Souillac and the Hilton in Bogota, Columbia. He was recruited to Miami by the well-known 5 star Le Festival Restaurant in Coral Gables. Awarded the American Academy of Hospitality Science’s Five Star Diamond Award in 1999 as one of the best Chefs in the World, he has never lost his love and passion for Provencal French Cuisine and ultimately made the move to Le Provencal Restaurant in 2002.

The menu is a progression of French Cuisine matched with a stellar collection of French wines from our cellar.
